| Gregg was a great leader. The more I knew him, the more I appreciated him. Like any first-rate captain, he hired the crew and let them do their jobs, having faith in his reasons for bringing them aboard. His approach was to encourage, buoy spirits, keep the crew happy and the project moving in the right direction. He had the wisdom to let-go, not micro-manage. With focus, kindness, strength and humor, he showed up every day. He was a great listener and that allowed Saw 2 to become what it became and made it a deeply creative experience for me. I miss him, see his smile, feel his warm spirit daily. |

I know about Gregg, but of course I dont know him personally. But from what I've seen, he seemed like a superb producer, and a really good person. Anybody who worked on any of the 'Saw' movies, I greatly appreciate , so its really upsetting to me to hear this. I hope everybody carries on the Saw movies for him.Tobin - I do know how it feels to lose a close friend, and I'm so sorry for your loss.
